Dustin Gunderson joined SRS in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2020. Dustin is responsible for all of the company’s legal activities, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and litigation. Prior to joining SRS, Dustin worked at Ribbon Communications and GameStop in various legal positions. Dustin began his career as a corporate attorney at the law firms of Baker Botts L.L.P. and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Dustin received a Juris Doctorate degree from University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.
