Greg Robinson currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for SRS Distribution. Prior to joining the SRS team, Greg worked in roofing distribution for 11 years, 9 of which were with Southern Shingles. Greg worked for Southern Shingles' predecessor, Ivey Building Materials, and successfully grew the business from $2 million to an $11 million multi-line commercial and residential roofing distributor. This extensive growth was accomplished through growing the customer base of contractors that services the multifamily re-roof market along with local re-roof contractors.
Prior to working in the roofing industry, Greg worked for 7 years in the hot dip galvanizing industry as General Manager at Boyles Galvanizing. In this role, he was successful at turning 2 underperforming plants around by re-building the team and implementing extensive cost control measures.
